The Quest Series
Matthew 2:1–11 (NIV)

  1. Introduction
    1. Life is about a spiritual quest.
      1. Too often we focus on the small stuff which is almost everything in life.
    2. Life in the 21st Century is about speed and information.
      1. We need to move beyond to spirit.
    3. A Spiritual Quest
      1. Wise people committ themselves to a God Quest!
      2. Our spirit is at the core of who we are.
        1. Spirit is life.
      3. We need an awakening!
        1. Without use muscles deteriorate.
        2. We need Jesus to awaken us.
        3. We tend to spend too much time focusing on the outside rather than the inside which is spirit.
      4. It is not enough to know about Jesus, we must follow Him.
        1. When you do what you know, you grow!
    4. Conclusion
      1. Where are you on your Quest for Jesus?
