Baptism is a special time when a people who have accepted Jesus Christ into their hearts and believe that Jesus Christ is Lord are immersed under water. We do not believe that baptism makes you a believer—it’s an outward sign that you already believe. Baptism doesn’t “save” you, only your faith in Christ does that. Baptism can be related to a wedding ring. It’s the outward symbol of the commitment you made by faith in your heart.
The dates of our Baptisms are announced periodically. If you desire to be baptized send us an email through our Contact Form. If you desire to have your child baptized we recommend that our Children’s Pastor have the opportunity to discuss the meaning of the service with them. You’re also welcome to call the church office at 480.838.2887.
